At Freshzone Laundry & Services, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in handling, cleaning, and delivering your garments. However, if you are not fully satisfied with our service, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.


1. Service Nature

Our services are related to laundry, dry cleaning, and garment care. Since these are personalized services, returns or exchanges of completed orders are generally not possible. However, we do offer review or reprocessing in certain cases as outlined below.


2. Rewash or Re-clean Request

If you are not satisfied with the quality of cleaning, you can raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
We will review your request and, if found valid, offer a free rewash or re-clean of the same garment.

Please note:

  • The garment must not have been worn or used after delivery.

  • The issue must be related to washing, ironing, or stain removal only.

  • The garment should be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.


3. Damage or Missing Item Policy

While we handle all clothes with utmost care, in rare cases of damage or loss, we will take full responsibility after verification.

  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Compensation (if applicable) will be limited to a maximum of five times the cleaning charge of the affected item.

  • Claims will not be accepted for garments with pre-existing damage, color fading, or weak fabric conditions.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The order was cancelled before pickup or processing.

  • The garment was misplaced and could not be recovered after internal investigation.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.


5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before the clothes are picked up or before processing has begun.
After processing starts, cancellation or refund requests cannot be accepted.


6. No Refund on Completed Services

Since our services are custom and performed on specific garments, once the cleaning process is complete and the clothes are delivered, no refund will be provided except in cases of service failure, damage, or loss as mentioned above.
